How to create a ticket in TeamDynamix

To create a ticket in TeamDynamix, please follow the steps below.
  1. Log in to TDNext 
  2. Ensure the active tab is the correct application where you'd like to create the ticket (e.g. OIT Services, E-Learning, etc.)
    • To open an application, click "View Applications" at the top and choose from the available options.
  3. Along the top of the application window, click "New" and choose what type of ticket you will be creating. You will likely primarily be choosing one of two options: 
    • Service Request Form - Choose this if the user is requesting information or a new service.
    • Incident Form - Choose this if something was working and is now not working due to human error, system error, updates, etc.
  4. (Optional) Choose a template to quickly fill in fields on the form
  5. Ensure all fields are correctly completed
  6. Click "Save" at the top
