What Is It?


Help Desk and Desktop Services can assist if a computer asset is difficult to find. 

Who or What is Eligible?


Devices will need to be a college owned asset that has been used in the last 45 days to have current log information

How Do I Make a Request or Report an Issue?


Select "Request Asset Location Assistance" to submit a request to Help Desk and Desktop Services.

How Much Does It Cost?

There are no costs associated with this service.

When Not to Use These Services

If a device has been missing for sometime, assistance will be very limited. 

We cannot assist on a device that is not owned by SLCC.
