SLCC IT provides comprehensive printer support across campus, ensuring reliable access to both networked and individual printing solutions. Our team assists with setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network printers used in shared environments, as well as standalone devices in offices and classrooms. Whether it's resolving connectivity issues, managing print queues, or configuring secure print settings, SLCC IT is committed to keeping printing services efficient and accessible for all students, faculty, and staff.
Who or What is Eligible?
Access to printers is available to Staff, Faculty, and Students, but not all printers are available to everyone.
Full support will be given to College owned printers. Very limited support may be provided to personal printers.
How Do I Make a Request or Report an Issue?
To register or use mobile printing services, please select "Mobile Printing Services" for instructions and a link to the mobile printing webpage.
To request a new printer be setup, whether as a personal or group device, please select "Request New Printer Setup" to submit a request.
To report any issues with a printer, select "Report Printing Issue" to submit an incident.
How Much Does It Cost?
These services do not have costs associated with them.
When Not to Use These Services
Due to the various printer manufacturers and models, very limited support is available for personal devices. We recommend using manufacturer instructions to resolve issues with these devices if possible.
