What Is It?

SLCC uses the Milestone Surveillance Security system to physically monitor and record various areas of the campus. This is done to create a safe and secure environment to visitors and staff. These cameras can have physical damage occur to them for various reason. We rely on the software and self reporting to find these cameras quickly to bring them to working condition. 

Who or What is Eligible?

Anyone is permitted to submit a report of a physical problem with the security cameras.

How Do I Make a Request or Report an Issue?

Select "Report a Camera Issue" on the right side of the page and answer the few questions on the form to submit a report.

How Much Does It Cost?

There are no costs associated with this service.

When Not to Use These Services

If there is an issue with the Milestone Security software, then the Report a Milestone Software issue form should be submitted.
