
What Is It?
Request a RingCentral desk phone for a new employee or for an existing employee who requires one for their new job duties and one does not exist or if a phone needs to be replaced due to damage. This request ensures staff have the necessary communication tools to perform their work effectively and stay connected with students, colleagues, and departments.
**PLEASE NOTE: This request is made after a RingCentral account has been requested and approved. **
Once this form is completed and submitted, it can take several business days to fulfill based on current stock on hand. Please call (or E-mail) the Office of Information Technology Help Desk at 801-957-5555 (helpdesk@slcc.edu) if there are questions.
Who is Eligible?
This service is available to all new hires and existing employees with a need for a physical desk phone.
How Do I Make a Request?
Select "Request a New Phone" on the right side of the page, fill out and submit the form provided.
When Not to Use These Services
If you do not need a physical desk phone or your current desk phone is still in operational condition.
