You can use this form to report any IT related or other incidents to the Help Desk and we will make sure it gets to where it needs to go. Include a brief description of the issue, any error messages, steps taken before the problem occurred, and its impact on your work. Attach screenshots or logs if available. Accurate and complete details help the support team diagnose and resolve the issue quickly.

Who or What is Eligible?

Anyone is permitted to report issues they encounter, regardless if they are a student, staff, faculty, or someone not associated with the school. 

How Do I Make a Request or Report an Issue?
