What Is It?

Use this order form to purchase a Yubikey through your department to assist with Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Each Yubikey will be a USB-C connection. Your department will be charged $29 for each key purchased. Once this form has been submitted and approved, you will receive an email from the Technical Support Help Desk letting you know when you can come to TB-121 (Redwood Campus) to pick up your Yubikey. Please bring your Requested Item number you received via email as proof of completion, if possible.
