What Is It?

This form is used to request a license for SLCC approved applications. All of those authorized apps come with a cost that will be billed back to your department through the IDB process. Copilot will be prorated.

If you do not see an application you are looking for, you may be required to fill out the Technology Request Form. The Technology Request Form is required for all new technology purchases.

Who or What is Eligible?

Current Staff and Faculty of the school may request access to these subscriptions.

How Do I Make a Request or Report an Issue?

Select "Request Authorized SLCC Apps" on the right side of the page and submit the form provided.

How Much Does It Cost?

The costs associated will vary based on the software license requested.  Prices are listed below.

Box - $180/yr per license
Microsoft CoPilot - $209/yr per license (prorated)
Power BI - $23.27/yr per license
Microsoft Planner Premium - $62.12/yr per license
Microsoft Visio Plan 1 - $11.08/yr per license
Microsoft Visio Plan 2 - $24.36/yr per license
Microsoft Teams Premium - $22.00/yr per license
