
What Is It?
To request the creation of a new SoftDocs form by SLCC Information Technology Services, departments should submit a formal request outlining the purpose, intended users, and required data fields for the form. The request should include any workflow or approval routing needed, as well as integration requirements with existing systems if applicable. IT Services will review the submission to ensure it aligns with institutional standards and data governance policies before beginning development. Collaboration between the requesting department and IT is essential to ensure the form meets functional and compliance needs.
