Learn how to configure Microsoft Outlook to use a Shared Mailbox for Mail Merge. This process requires creating a separate Outlook profile for the Shared Mailbox and ensuring your account has Full Access permissions. Once configured, Outlook will prompt you to choose between your personal mailbox and the Shared Mailbox when launching Outlook for Mail Merge activities.
