Outage/Change Summary:
We are applying a new version to the Parallels RAS environment. This update includes security and performance improvements and fixes. During the upgrade the virtual desktop environment: AllAccess will not be available during the upgrade process.

Use/Impact: The SLCC AllAccess application will not be available during the maintenance window
Outage Window: April 26th, 2026 7:00 AM until 12:00 PM the same day.
