This article explains how to enable Auto-Refresh on your TeamDynamix (TDX) dashboard so your widgets and ticket data update automatically.
Steps to Enable Dashboard Auto-Refresh
Open Your Dashboard
Log in to TeamDynamix and navigate to your Dashboard.
Edit the Dashboard
Click Edit Dashboard

Open Dashboard Settings
In the upper-right corner, locate the gear icon next to the Save button and click it.
Enable Auto-Refresh
Check the box labeled Auto-Refresh.
Save the Settings
Click Save to apply the setting.
Finish Editing
Click Save again to exit dashboard editing.
Your dashboard will now automatically refresh to display updated information.
