What happened?
 

At 2:50 PM OIT identified an issue with MySLCC that prevented users from logging into the portal. This presents as an error message "issuer is required" and does not load a page. We are currently investigating a root cause of this issue with the vendor, Ellucian.

 

What's affected?

  • MySLCC is currently unavailable to everyone

 

When did it start?

  • SLCC OIT identified this issue at 2:50 PM
