What happened?
At 10:45 AM 1/28/2026, the SLCC Information Technology team identified an issue that affected Banner and Degree Works. This was caused by a networking service that went offline and prevented user authentication into Banner, Banner Self-Service and DegreeWorks.
Services were restored at 12:00 PM 1/28/2026 and all issues regarding this issue have been resolved.
What was affected?
- Degree works
- Banner
- Certain services on MySLCC
When did it start?
- The issue was identified at 10:45 AM 1/28/2026
- These issues were resolved as of 12:00 PM 1/28/2026 and all services are restored
What can you do?
- At this time all services have been returned and no workarounds or troubleshooting is required.
