Summary:
SLCC is transitioning from ServiceNow to TeamDynamix to enhance our service management capabilities. As part of this migration, the usual support portal at support.slcc.edu will be under maintenance during the Thanksgiving weekend. If you still need to access our support portal, you can access this by going to https://slcc.service-now.com/help to see your tickets.
After the weekend, a new portal will be available at support.slcc.edu on the new TeamDynamix support platform. Email support will remain available by sending issues to helpdesk@slcc.edu.
