This KB gives reference information for directions regarding requests to customize any page tied to www.slcc.edu.

The main college website (www.slcc.edu) is managed by Institutional Marketing (IM). The Web Master, Mark Fossen, is part of IM and he oversees all content updates. The only role OIT has with the main website is maintaining the servers the system runs on. We don't handle any of the content management duties.
When folks call the Help Desk asking for changes to the main website, they need to direct callers to submit a ticket with IM to have those changes completed. IM doesn't use ServiceNow but uses Adobe WorkFront instead. Here is the direct link to their request page: Web Requests. OIT Web Services handles MySLCC, Etrieve forms, custom .NET forms development, the SLCC Mobile app, Ethos Identity and a few other products, but not the primary www.slcc.edu page.
