Microsoft has announced that Microsoft Publisher will reach end of life in October 2026 and will no longer be included with Microsoft 365. After this date, Microsoft 365 subscribers will no longer be able to open, edit, or install Publisher. Support for the perpetual version of Publisher will also end in October 2026.
What You Need to Know
- Publisher will remain available and fully functional until October 1, 2026.

- Files can be converted to PDF for viewing or to Word for future editing.
