What happened?
At around 7:00 AM on June 17th, OIT discovered that Banner and its associated services were not available. Our load-balancing system (F5) that routes traffic to Banner services had gone down. Because of this, people were not able to access Banner or any related systems.
As of 10:00 AM on June 17th, we have recovered services and Banner is available again.
What's affected?
- Access to Banner and its associated services have been restored as of 10:00 AM
When did it start?
- The OIT Team was notified of the issue around 7:00 AM on 6/17/2026
- Banner and the associated services were restored at 10:00 AM on 6/17/2026
What can you do?
- At this time services are restored and no work arounds are necessary
