TeamDynamix Dashboard: "OIT Projects"

 
Description

The "OIT Projects" Dashboard in TeamDynamix is a shared dashboard created to display items related to projects in one place. This KB gives instructions on how to navigate to the "OIT Projects" Dashboard and details on the different reports found on that dashboard.
 
 
Criteria 

The following bullet points are the necessary criteria for this KB:
  • You must have a Technician security role
  • You must have access to the TDNext Application
  • You must be a member of the Information Technology group
 
 
How to Navigate to the “OIT Projects” Dashboard

To navigate to the OIT Projects Dashboard, please follow the steps below:
  1. Navigate to TeamDynamix Work Management
  2. Click the house icon on the left corner under “Salt Lake Community College”
  3. Click the dropdown next to your current dashboard name
  4. Choose “OIT Projects” from the list
    • If you do not have the “OIT Projects” dashboard, please reach out to the Help Desk.

What Technicians will see on the “OIT Projects” Dashboard

  • My Tasks - Populates with your current, active, assigned tasks
  • My Tasks Upcoming - Populates with your upcoming assigned tasks
  • My Work - Displays items (tasks, incidents, service requests) that you have added to your My Work
  • My Issues - Populates with issues that are assigned to you (not that you have created)

 

Managers will also see the following reports on the “OIT Projects” Dashboard

  • My Team’s Currently Assigned Projects
  • Plans
  • Projects
  • Approved Project Requests
  • My Team's Completed Projects
  • All Completed Projects
  • Current OIT Projects
  • Project Counts By Acct/Dept
