  • Must have an Adobe Sign license
    • Adobe Sign is not included in the Adobe Acrobat license nor the Creative Cloud - reach out to the Help Desk in order to request this add-on.
 
 
How to use the Adobe Sign tool: Send in Bulk

If you want to send individual copies of a document to be signed by multiple, individual recipients (rather that one document signed by a group of recipients), then you will want to use the Send in Bulk tool.
 
To send a PDF in bulk to multiple recipients, please follow the steps below: 
  1. Open Adobe Acrobat on the web (the "Send in Bulk" setting is not available through the desktop app)
    • Sign in to Adobe.com
    • Click Acrobat at the top
  2. Click "E-Sign" near the top
  3. Choose "Send in Bulk"
  4. Upload your file (drag and drop works)
  5. (Optional) Update the agreement name, message, and settings
  6. Click "Add recipients" and add each individual on their own line
    • Use the "+" to add additional fields
    • You can also import users through a CSV file
  7. Click "Preview & add fields"
  8. Either add fields manually or use the auto-detect option to let Adobe add the fields.
  9. Once you're ready, hit "Send" and Adobe will send that one document to each recipient individually.
