Update Citrix Workspace app to point to Citrix Cloud.


Method 1

1) In the system tray right click the Citrix Workspace icon

2) Select Advanced preferences.

3) Click the link to Reset Citrix Workspace

4) Select Yes, reset Citrix Workspace

5) Launch the Citrix Workspace app if it didn’t open automatically.

6) Enter saltlakecc.cloud.com

7) Enter credentials

 

Method 2

1) Reset Citrix Workspace app following steps 1-5 from above

2) In a web browser go to https://saltlakecc.cloud.com

3) Sign in using your credentials.

4) In Top right, click the circle with your initial

6) Under Setting click Advanced

7) Under Download Workspace Configuration click Download Configuration file

8) Run Config file

9) Sign in using Credentials.
