- How do I customize my home page?

- Make sure you are on your HOME page, then click on the title of the card you wish to move and drag to your desired location on the page. The layout you choose will be saved for you on subsequent logins.

- Click the bookmark icon on the top right of the card to save it. This will save the card to your home page, so you can create a customized layout detailed just for you!
- How do I find cards?

- Navigate to the Discover page by clicking on “Discover More” at the bottom of your home page or selecting “Discover” from the Menu. Once you have navigated to the search page, type keywords in the search box or select from the keyword tags at the top of the page.

- Select a category from the Menu, such as “Academics”, “Community”, “My Account”, or “Employee”. Each category has been customized to include a predefined list of cards for easy searching.
- What if I can’t find a card that I need?

- Cards are assigned based on user roles, such as student or staff. You will only see cards assigned to your role. If you can’t find a card, you don’t have the role to see it.
- Where can I find my S Number?

- Click on your profile in the top right corner. This will take you to your profile page, where you can find your S Number, academic details, and personal details.
- What are the icons in the upper right corner of the screen?

- The calendar, notification and profile icons are found in the upper right of the screen.
- What does “Share Usage Data” mean?

- This allows clicks and pages visited to be tracked without tracking any personal or user information. This setting can be found on your profile page.
- What if I have trouble logging in?

- Refer to the password authentication instructions found here. If you continue to have issues logging in, contact the Help Desk for assistance.
- Will it work on my mobile device?

- Yes! You may login on any device. The content is responsive to varying screen sizes, such as phones, tablets, or laptops.
- Can I still access the old version of MySLCC?

- The previous version of MySLCC is no longer available.
