We are excited about an upcoming change to our remote access virtual desktop solution, AllAccess!

 

Overnight, starting Thursday April 10th, 2025, we will begin the transition from Citrix to Parallels RAS for an enhanced remote work and study experience.

 

When working remotely, AllAccess provides an easily accessible alternative to using the SSLVPN. (VPN access is not going away, however, AllAccess will provide you with a more robust and user-friendly remote experience.)

 

Details:

 

• The AllAccess web address will continue to be allaccess.slcc.edu.

• We will push the Parallels RAS client to SLCC-owned devices automatically to ease the transition.
  • If you are currently using Citrix Workspace at home you will now use the Parallels RAS client (or the Web Client is available without needing an install.)
