TeamDynamix version 12.3 introduces improvements to ticket management, inventory tracking, approvals, project management, reporting, and administration.
Service Management

| Consumable Inventory |
Track supplies such as cables, batteries, and other consumables by quantity, location, cost, supplier, and reorder level. |
| Delegated Approvals |
Users can assign another approver to act on their behalf during planned or unexpected absences. |
| Workflow Activities |
Workflow actions now appear directly on the Ticket Detail page in the Client Portal. |
| Related Tickets |
Create relationships between tickets without requiring a parent-child structure. |
| Global Ticket Attributes |
Create and manage ticket attributes across all applications while preserving values when tickets move between applications. |
| Bulk Ticket Editing |
Update multiple tickets at once from the Ticket Search page. |
| Conditional Form Content |
Display guidance or informational content based on user selections within a form. |
Note: The ability to merge application-level attributes into global attributes will be available in a future maintenance release.
