Accessing videos in My Media when Canvas is down

This article shows you how to access your Canvas videos in My media, if is ever down or unreachable for any reason.

If Canvas is ever down or unreachable for any reason, you can still access your videos in My Media.

Step 1 - Navigate to slcc.mediaspace.kaltura.com

Step 2 - In the upper right corner, click on Guest and select My Media or Login.

Note - If you are not already logged in through the SLCC system, you will need to sign in with your email address and password (the same one you use when logging into Canvas).

You should see your My Media folder if you selected that, but if you selected Login, then you need to go back up to that menu and select My Media from the list.
