Thursday August 20, 2026: Firewall Updates
Outage/Change Summary:
Information Security will be updating the firewalls at all campuses. Both Redwood and South City Data Center are part of a High Availability(HA) pair and will experience intermittent outages as the failover process occurs. Other campuses will experience service interruptions while the firewalls are rebooted.
Site: All Sites
Systems Affected: Network, Data, and Voice at all campuses
Use/Impact: Intermittent disruptions to network connections during maintenance window
Outage Window: Starts Thursday 8/20/2026 at 10:00 PM until Friday 8/21/2026 at 2:00 AM
