Outage/Change Summary:
The OneCard production and transaction system will be down for a regular system update on December 16, 2025
Site: ID Centers at Taylorsville-Redwood, Jordan, South City, and Herriman-Juniper campuses. Bruin Bucks transactions, eAccounts, and Uniprint computer lab printing.
Systems Affected: ID and OneCard services
Use/Impact: ID centers at Taylorsville-Redwood, Jordan, South City, and Herriman-Juniper campuses, Bruin Bucks transactions, eAccounts, and Uniprint computer lab printing will be unavailable during the outage window.
This will not affect Credit, debit, and cash transactions at cash registers and kiosks, Door access (where applicable), or UTA services
Outage Window: Tuesday December 16th, 2025 8:00 AM through 2:00 PM
