Outage/Change Summary:
OIT is updating software on the web application load balancer. This activity is expected to cause an outage for all effected systems for about an hour near 11pm . The maintenance is scheduled to begin at 10:00 PM Thursday, December 11th, and conclude at 2:00 AM Friday, December12th.

Systems Affected: web application load balancer
Use/Impact: banner, slcc homepage, allaccess, myslcc, vpn, etrieve, blackboard, cognos, millenium will be unavailable for a portion of the outage window near 11:00 PM
Outage Window: Thursday 12/11/2025 10:00PM until Friday 12/12/2025 at 2:00 AM
