ENTERPRISE INFRASTRUCTURE

The Enterprise Infrastructure department at SLCC offers comprehensive support for Computer Networking and Telecommunications. Our team manages both wired and wireless physical hardware and transmission media, ensuring seamless interconnection of all SLCC computing resources, telephone systems, and Internet access. TECHNICAL SUPPORT HELP DESK

The Technical Support Help Desk offers support for students, staff and faculty presented by phone calls, e-mails, voice messages, chats and walk-ins. Support includes, but not limited to, MySLCC login, Office 365, All Access, wifi access, software and hardware support and much more.

ACADEMIC COMPUTING

A/V SERVICES AND VIDEO CONFERENCING

A/V Services and Video Conferencing maintain media and broadcasting equipment throughout SLCC. This includes hallway television sets and event broadcasting such as Convocation and Graduation. They are also responsible for maintaining and assisting with SLCC's video conferencing software and conference room installs, training, and troubleshooting.
