Tuesday, November 18th: TeamDynamix Soft Launch
Description:
SLCC is shifting from our current ticketing platform ServiceNow to our new software called TeamDynamix. This will present all staff, faculty, and employees with a new ticketing experience in the form of a service portal and email notifications. As part of this shift, we are moving the SLCC Help Desk to the new platform slightly ahead of the rest of the Information Technology groups to do further testing and Quality Assurance to make sure the change is the best experience for all involved.
For the next 2 weeks, you will begin to receive new branded notifications from the HelpDesk@slcc.edu email for tickets being opened or resolved. You may also receive emails that have the older format from our older ticketing system while we make this transition. We hope to bring you a better experience in tracking your requests or issues and providing a better communication experience through the platform.

Use/Impact: All members of SLCC will begin to see new notifications and possibly dual notifications from the systems during the soft launch period.
Rollout Window: This launch phase runs from Tuesday 11/18/2025 until Tuesday 12/2/2025
