The Information Security Office works with the college community to:

• Protect SLCC information and Information Technology resources from threat.
• Respond to threats including; incident handling and incident response.
• Respond to institutional (and law enforcement) requests involving the security of SLCC Information and Information Technology resources.

The main purpose of the Information Security Office is to safeguard Information and Information Technology resource availability, confidentiality, and integrity.
