Click Guests & Contractors

Click Add
-
Select Conference
-
From Conference Type select Shared UserName/Shared Password

Enter Conference Name requested

Enter Password requested
-
Enter Number of Attendees requested (1000 is maximum)

Select Conference Start Date requested
-
Select Conference End Date requested (Can only be scheduled 30 days out maximum)

Click OK
