In the Teams app click on the "Apps" on the left side menu
In the app search type "Approvals"
Click on View all results.
Locate the "Approvals" app that is from 'Microsoft Corporation' then choose Add.
Once you see Added successfully you can open the app or click on the 'X' in the upper right corner to close it.
